Under carefully regulated conditions, calcium sulphate and sodium silicate are combined to produce a mixture of calcium silicate and sodium sulphate in solution. Silicate with the appropriate structure and surface characteristics is created by meticulously controlling variables like electrolyte, pH, concentration, temperature, reaction time, and agitation. The sodium sulphate is then removed from the mixture by filtering and washing with water. After drying, the filter cake is crushed to the desired distribution of particle size. Then, a regulated bulk density is achieved by gathering, dehydrating, and packing the calcium silicate.
